This morning you will cruise on the creek into Camp Leakey where the older orangutans are reintroduced into the rainforest. At this station, you will have opportunity to trek into the rainforest with a naturalist guide and forest ranger to appreciate the flora as well as viewing wild orangutans, gibbons, macaques, and birds. In the afternoon visit the feeding station to watch the feeding of the orangutans. Sail back down the river and overnight at Rimba Lodge.

Morning at leisure. This afternoon our tour begins with a visit to the temple of Mengwi. Here is the famous Taman Ayun. Built in the early 17th century for The Prince of Tabanan, this important temple is surrounded by a large moat, signifying signifies the world of ocean. Further on we give you the opportunity to watch the wild living monkeys at the holy monkey forest of Alas Kedaton. The forest mainly consists of Nutmeg Trees, a habitat for fruit bats (Flying Foxes) and 3 large monkey families. Save some of your pictures for the magnificent sunset at the spectacular Tanah Lot Temple. This temple is built on the top of a rock in the Indian Ocean, just a few hundred meters offshore. Watch the rough sea as it crashes into the coast.

The tour offers picturesque terraced rice fields and river sculpted valleys, and the spectacular lake and active volcano today. The first stop is the stone carving village of Batubulanto where you'll see the colorful and exciting Barong Dance.
Continue onward to the Balinese countryside village of Tomas, famous for its impressive woodcarvings. Next visit is to the mysterious Goa Gajah (elephant cave), which dates back to the 3rd century. Made out of rocks, the cave entrance is fantastically carved and depicts entangled leaves, animals, ocean waves, and demonic human shapes.
Visit the legendary terraced rice fields and up into the mountains, where the vegetation changes from small rice and vegetable plots to bamboo forests, clove, and citrus fruit trees.
On arrival at Kintamani, enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Batur volcano, with ribbons of black lava running down from its peak in the valley below. The crater is holy and a sanctuary at the top is dedicated to a fertility goddess.
