Itinerary

Wednesday – October 11 

Arrive SAT Airport and transfer to the World Famous Menger Hotel for 4-nights!  Check-in, relax and have dinner in the Cavalier Room with a special lecture!  Rest of the evening on your own to walk around historic San Antonio.

Thursday – October 12

Spend the day in Fredericksburg, TX touring the National Museum of the Pacific War followed by Lunch.  Drive to the LBJ Ranch and the Texas White House.  See our 36th President’s airplanes and automobiles until we head back to San Antonio to have dinner at the top of the Tower of the America’s.  The rest of the evening will be on your own to sightsee.

Friday – October 13

Tour San Antonio, enjoy a Cooking School for Lunch, tour more of San Antonio and then head back to the Menger Hotel to freshen up.  We will walk to the River Walk for a private cruise on their canal!  The rest of the evening and dinner will be on your own with 50 restaurants all within walking distance!

Saturday – October 14  (Eclipse Day)

We will depart the hotel early to motorcoach to our private Eclipse Site to view the Annular Eclipse from 10:23 am – 1:33 pm.  We will have lunch at our site and then drive back to our Menger Hotel to freshen up.  Private Tour and Farewell Dinner included inside The Alamo, which is a 2-minute walk.  The rest of the evening will be on your own!

Sunday – October 15

After breakfast the motorcoach will take us back to the SAT Airport for our flights home.
